The cars you are looking for are currently unavaible for download because they will be included in a mod called ANM that will be released in the future
As for the track, in reversed mode the car spawns under the track so you have to open the .inf file and change the coordinates after the word "STARTPOSREV" (expecially the second value I think) until the car will spawn correctly
