IT: [UPDATE v1.1] Aggiustata la skin.
Questo è stato il mio progetto più difficile finora, e sono davvero felice di presentarlo! La Acclaim F1 2022 è un remodel della Acclaim F1 originale, convertita da RC Revenge per Re-Volt da MightyCucumber, URV e fr13ndz0n3dguy. E’ un richiamo alle nuove auto da Formula 1 che hanno debuttato nel 2022, ed è ricco di dettagli, come il volante funzionante, i bracci delle sospensioni, la campanatura negativa sulle ruote anteriori, la radio e un sound del motore realistico, preso dalla Mercedes AMG-One da Forza Horizon 5. L’auto presneta due skin: la prima è denominata “Heritage Tribute”, e prende spunto dalla Acclaim F1 originale; la seconda ha un aspetto più moderno e dinamico, e contiene i colori della Acclaim, oltre ai relativi sponsor. Per la seconda skin, c’è una carbox dedicata nella relativa sottocartella: per selezionarla, bisogna editare la stringa ;)TCARBOX nei parametri. E’ disponibile un paintkit completo di tutte le texture per creare una skin personalizzata (ci sono anche tre colori diversi per le mescole degli pneumatici). Ha una tenuta eccezionale sulla quasi totalità delle superfici, ma purtroppo ha un punto debole: essendo a trazione posteriore, va in testacoda se si sterza con il bonus turbo attivo, quindi si consiglia di usarlo solo sui rettilinei.

This has been my hardest project so far, and I'm really happy to present it! Acclaim F1 2022 is a remodel of the original Acclaim F1, converted from RC Revenge for Re-Volt by MightyCucumber, URV and fr13ndz0n3dguy. It’s inspired to the new Formula 1 cars that debuted in 2022, and it has many details: working steering wheel, suspension arms, negative camber on the front wheels, realistic camera views, radio and realistic engine sound taken from the Mercedes AMG-One from Forza Horizon 5. The car has two skins: the first is called “Heritage Tribute”, and is inspired by the original Acclaim F1; the second has a more modern and dynamic look, and contains the Acclaim colors, as well as the related sponsors. For this second skin, there is a dedicated carbox in the relative sub-folder: to select it, edit the ;)TCARBOX string in the parameters. A complete paintkit with all the textures is available to create a custom skin (there are also three different colors for the tire compounds). It has exceptional grip on almost all surfaces, but sadly it has a weakness: being a rear-wheel drive car, it spins if you steer with the turbo pickup active, so it is recommended to use it only on straights.
